Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, your current glasses or contact lenses (if applicable), and any relevant medical records or referral letters.

How long will my appointment take?

A comprehensive eye exam typically takes 60-90 minutes. Surgical consultations may take longer. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Do I need a referral?

Most patients do not need a referral to see our ophthalmologists. However, some insurance plans may require one. Contact your insurance provider to verify.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

Are your services affordable?

We offer competitive pricing and work with most insurance plans. We also have payment plans available for self-pay patients. Contact our billing department for specific pricing information.
